About Karyn

Karyn Marciniak is a consultant, statistician, researcher, and fellow mom. She has a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Science, specializing in sibling relationships. Her scientific and analytical background is paralleled by over 20 years of childcare, teaching, and consulting experience.

Karyn has worked in academia as a teacher to all ages, has been a statistician studying employee experiences at global tech companies, and has worked as a senior principal consultant supporting gender and race/ethnicity equality in the workplace. She brings to all her roles a desire to reach a conclusive answer, and a passion for understanding and helping others.

Karyn is a mom to two toddlers and lives with her husband in New York City, where she has visited every single museum in all five boroughs!
