Parenting Consulting

The first year can be very overwhelming, especially for first-time parents. You may feel like you are googling all day and night. While postpartum doulas are incredible at helping you through the first few weeks, and baby nurses can help everyone get some sleep, there are hundreds of decisions to make beyond these initial days. Each family is different. Karyn can help you sort through the decision-making and provide support in this first year.

In addition to consulting, Karyn can also help analyze your baby’s data. Babies are tough to figure out, but they send signals all day long which many parents are tracking closely. The baby-tracking app you use provides some insights into when, but can’t give you insights into why. With a personalized statistical analysis of your baby’s app data, we can identify causal relationships. We can use this to help decode your baby’s signals and tweak schedules to work better for everyone. Karyn holds a Ph.D. and has extensive experience in statistics, so her qualitative expertise can be used to your advantage!
